Order Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation Conditions

Morizoria (hereinafter referred to as “we”) provides product sales and related services through an online store.
For orders that have already been placed, the following cancellation rules apply:

  • If the order is within 48 hours after placement and has not yet been shipped, you may contact us directly to request an order cancellation.

  • If the order is more than 48 hours after placement or has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be canceled directly. In this case, you may wait for the item to be delivered and then contact us to apply for a return and refund.

2. Order Cancellation Process

If your order meets the cancellation conditions, you may submit a request by following the steps below:

  • Contact our customer service team via email or customer service phone to request order cancellation, and provide the order number, proof of payment, and any other necessary information.

  • Our customer service team will review your request promptly. Once approved, we will inform you of the result and arrange the subsequent refund process.

3. Refund Process

After an order cancellation or return request has been confirmed, we will process the refund within 1 to 5 business days.
The refunded amount will be returned to the original payment method used at checkout, such as Visa or MasterCard.
