Shipping policy


1. Shipping Area

Morizoria (hereinafter referred to as “we”) currently provides shipping services only to addresses within Australia.
Shipping to addresses outside Australia is not supported at this time. Please ensure that the delivery address you provide is within the eligible shipping area before placing an order.

2. Shipping Fee Description

Shipping fees are automatically calculated based on the total order value, in accordance with the following rules:

  • For orders with a total value below A$ 89.9, a shipping fee of A$ 9.9 will be charged;

  • For orders with a total value equal to or greater than A$ 89.9, free shipping is available.

The final shipping fee will be clearly displayed on the checkout page before payment.

3. Order Cut-off Time

  • Orders with successful payment completed before 18:00 will begin processing on the same day;

  • Orders paid after 18:00 will be processed starting from the next day;

  • If a rest day applies, order processing will begin on the next working day.

4. Order Processing Time

After order confirmation, your order will enter the preparation and processing stage.
Under normal circumstances, the processing time is 1–3 business days, after which shipment will be arranged.

5. Delivery Timeframe

Once the order has been shipped, the estimated delivery timeframe is 5–10 business days.
This timeframe is an estimate, and actual delivery may vary depending on logistics conditions.

6. Shipping Carriers

We will select an appropriate logistics provider based on the order. Possible carriers include, but are not limited to:

  • FedEx

  • UPS

  • DHL Express

7. Order Tracking

After your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email, which usually includes:

  • Order number

  • Payment billing information

  • Details related to the shipping carrier

You may visit the “Order Tracking” page on our website and enter the email address or phone number used at checkout, along with the corresponding order number, to check the current status of your order.

8. Responsibility Statement

① Product Damage or Loss

If you discover any damage or abnormalities upon receiving the product, please contact us as soon as possible and provide relevant supporting information so that we may assist you.

② Shipping Modifications and Cancellations

Once an order has entered the processing or shipping stage, certain modifications or cancellations may be restricted, depending on the actual processing status.

③ Delivery Address and Responsibility

Please ensure that the delivery address you provide is accurate and complete. Any delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information shall be your responsibility.

9. Receipt Inspection Notice

Upon receiving your package, we recommend that you check whether the outer packaging is intact and confirm the condition of the product. If any issues are found, please record them promptly and contact us so that we can provide appropriate support.
