1.Return & Exchange Period
This policy applies to all orders placed through the Morizoria (hereinafter referred to as “we”) online store.
From the date you receive your item(s), you may apply for a return or exchange within 30 days, provided the conditions outlined in this policy are met.
2. Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
Within the valid period, you may request a return or exchange under any of the following circumstances:

Returns or exchanges without a stated reason.
3. Return Process

Contact us via email or phone to request a return, and provide the order number, proof of payment, reason for return or exchange, and relevant photos or videos;

Our customer service team will process your request promptly. Once approved, we will notify you using your provided contact details and share the designated return address;

Please send the item back to the return address provided and wait for us to receive it;

Upon receipt, we will inspect the item to confirm it matches the described issue. Once approved, a refund will be arranged;

Return label: The return label is included with the product.
4.Exchange Process

Contact us via email or phone to request an exchange, and provide the order number, proof of payment, reason for exchange, and relevant photos or videos;

Our customer service team will review your request promptly. Once approved, we will notify you and provide the designated return address;

Please return the item to the provided address and wait for confirmation of receipt;

After inspection and approval, a replacement item will be shipped to your address within 1–3 business days.
5. Refund Process
Refund Information:
After the return request is confirmed, refunds will be processed within 1 to 5 business days.
The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout (such as Visa, MasterCard, etc.).
6.Shipping Cost Responsibility

If the return or exchange is due to appearance defects, quality issues, odor, significant color differences, or incorrect items, the related shipping costs will be covered by us;

For returns or exchanges without a stated reason, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
7. Disclaimer
Please inspect your items promptly upon receipt. Issues arising from improper use, improper storage, or requests made outside the return period may not be eligible under this policy.
We reserve the right to verify and reasonably assess all return and exchange requests in accordance with this policy.
